On Saturday 10th September 2005, Arriva Trains Wales ran a loco hauled passenger train along the full length of the Conwy Valley line from Llandudno to Blaenau Ffestiniog and back. With 37425 and 6 coaches

On arrival at Llandudno 37425 is detached and runs forward ready to cross over and run round

Ready to leave Llandudno. The drivers view, waiting for the road

47425 waits in Llanrwst for another train to pass Speeding through Betws-y-Coed

On arrival at Blaenau Ffestiniog 37425 is again detached and runs forward ready to cross over and run round

The A.T.W. shunter operates the ground frame

The F.R. flagman closes the level crossing and gives the all clear flag

Running round the 6 Ex Virgin coaches Ready for the return to Llandudno
